I made a reservation with Agoda 2 weeks in advance before I had left for my trip and while traveling I get a collect call from a number that I don’t recognize and a person I don’t know so I don’t answer it, turns out it was fraud prevention for Agoda and they cancelled all my bookings and now I’m forced to rebook and they have no refunded my money. Why would a company expect their customers to accept a call super unprofessional. When I had called there customer service to get my booking reinstated they said it cannot be done and I have to rebook and then they put me on hold for 30 minutes and the call was long distance. Worst company I’ve have ever dealt with do not use Agoda.
