Irresponsible Customer Service Jason & wrong amount charged.

Agoda Malaysia customer service , Jason, had promised to refund me RM206.20 due to booking billing is RM 3,180.69 but amount charged to card is RM 3,386.89 on 19 Jan 2018. However, there's no action taken until today (30 Jan 2018). Refer to attachments for the proofs.
