My balance is deduct from my account,it was unncessary,it is 4622 rup deduct at 1:28 am on 7/12/17..I didnt booked any hotel ,,i have recieved msg at 1.28 am that your balance is deduct 4622 for *vin Agoda hotel,,i dont have any other information about deduction..
I tell you my bank details plz return my money n cancell booking n search the culprit,, i dont knw whoz culprit,,my information is leaked from ur app,,you dont have any security for personal information.
5 to 6 month back i have booked a hotel from your site,, when i went to there ,,i didnt saw any hotel,,my 1800 money was wasted still i ignore that issue because of emergency i booked new hotel..left it...talk about fresh issue..

I Paras chauhan booked a hotel at mahabaleshwar with booking ID : 231716585 on 8 oct’17 by my credit card full payment from 20 to 23 oct’17, 1 room but today during check in i was inform by the hotel person that he has no rooms for our booking from agoda.com. I called custumer care of agoda.com many times n hardly i talked to them for 25-30 minutes with no possitive response n they promised us to call back again from agoda.com but still i am waiting. No response at all from Agoda.com

We were waited there with my family having 3 years child and 75 years old mother. And suffered very badly.

Finally somehow i managed onother hotel and Its my humble request to refund my total booked amount and kindly take a quick inquiry about this agoda.com wether it’s genuine or not.

So kindly Co-operate with our query and process my money refund in my credit card

I booked two rooms for two days each vide booking ID 24653132 for Padma Hotel,Puri from 31.12.12 onwards.I wish to cancel one room for both the days and keep one room for both the days.I had sent this request on 27.12.12 but I have not received any reply from your side.Kindly do the needful and send me the refund after deducting your cancellation charges and oblige.

We booked Standard 1 Double Bed we were charged for the same on our credit card, by mistake we clicked to link of cancellation, and we were just keen to read cancellation policy, when we checked in, hotel staff said that your hotel reservation are cancelled, and the amount you paid, is paid to agoda, we cannot provide you the rooms on that booking, we mailed and even called them to check what exactly was the system, they didnot helped us
We lost $125, and harrasment, , no refund was given nor any room
These people cheat on you on name of system cancellation

The worst thing is they mentioned in their website, it is hotel policy and not their policy! Can you imagine that they collect the money without giving it to the hotel!!!
