I booked a hotel in Bangkok(Patra Bontique Hotel) through the agoda's website with the name San Nyunt for a 2 night, 2 room and 4 adult (28th-30rd July 2018). The payment was 184.38 USD and it was deducted almost immediately from my debit card. However, there was no confirmation e-mail or voucher send to me. We have already sent a complain but no reply was heard. We are getting very worried as my flight date is getting closer and we felt cheated. Please send the confirmation as soon as possible.
