Management at Agriya was quite keen to solve this situation, and they've actually done quite a good job turning the tables around. This intervention uncovered several miscommunications that happened earlier which created a gap on understanding from both sides.

Today we have been able to receive our source code as agreed, un-encrypted. We are now proceeding with activating our software, and moving forward into support.

Thank you Agriya, especially, Danial, Suresh and all the Agriya team that contributed to the resolution. We can safely say that both MMKN and Agriya are now thinking together about further future engagements.
