Based on the reviews I think this company should be pulled down scamming customers. I am requesting a full refund and removal of any domestic selling from this international seller.

I ordered a novelty tee shirt on 3rd December 2016 still not recieved the said item have just reported it to PAYPAL hopefully I will have a full refund.

I order a couple of items about 7 weeks ago. Never got tracking. Never got items. Tried to contact them, they say I did not order. Well, they were paid!!!

Someone by the name of Ivan took over $60 from my paypal account. I never heard of them before this and did not order from them. This was Nov. 3,2016.Paypal contacted them and only $20 was refunded. I want the rest of my money in the total of $40 refunded to me NOW.

I order 2 garments from Rosegal and received only one which was in an appalling condition and returned it, I received a refund for one garment the other did not arrive. I wrote to Rosegal and informed them that I did not want the other garment and needed a refund.
I have not received a reply or the said garment. All contacts ( telefon, email ) have not been fruitful the telephone number is invalid as the email address. This company is only out to scam people out of their money. Do not order their goods you will be disappointed and cheated out of your hard earned cash.

There is a website called Rose Gal, that I ordered a dress from. After 9 days and no tracking number or email from (so called company). Did some research (which I should have done before hand). I found out that this is a company/person in China, using several names. As I listed above, and also another name called Ahappydeal electronics. I contacted PayPal and open a disputed claim. Good for me that I used Paypal, hopefully if I don't hear from this "company" I will get my money back and NEVER deal with a company overseas, or better yet company located in China. Oh email address is [email protected]

This email paypal address - which is from a website called dealsmachine.com said they had a particular case in stock... they asked me to pay in advanced and gave me this paypal email to pay to. The website dealsmachine.com looked legit and i even received an item from them. But the scam happened when they asked me to pay for a case which did not exist!

So I paid it but after 2 weeks it hasnt arrived, no tracking, and no nothing to support it was even sent. They said to me they will send me a refund - as pictured here: http://i.imgur.com/S6cPh4w.jpg. But they never did! So its now with paypal resolution center.

Then they asked me to email them and CANCEL the resolution claim and i will get the refund. How absurd! They know if i close this i wont be able to re-open and there goes my money forever. NEVER EVER will i deal with this site dealsmachine.com again. BUYER BEWARE!

3) contacted ahaapydeal.com they what consumer to send in 30 to 40 dollars to have unit repaired,When consumer received cracker screen on 7 inch touch screen tablet from there wearhouse in rosemead...

I ordered an item over 90 days ago and still have not received my item or a refund. They say I have to prove I did not receive my item. How do I do that? Do Not order anything from this website.

I have ordered with them before and had no problems. I you ordered with expedited shipping you should have received a tracking number. I assume you ordered on the slow boat which could take up to 8 weeks total. It could very well be that your item is sitting n customs due to a shipping label with misleading contents and/or customs declaration price.
