AHMSI somehow got control of this loan and proceeded to:
- lead me into believing we could get a modification - process went on for about a year and then they foreclosed
- There was no recourse when I would ask to speak with a manager
- Representative told me "I don't care" more in one conversation than I've heard directly in all my life.
- They repeatedly lost documents and made me resubmit
