SIR, I HAVE COMPLETED BE MECH FROM OSMANIA UNIVERSITY IN 1988.
SIR, I HAVE COMPLETED BE MECHANICAL FROM OSMANIA UNIVERSITY IN 1988 and completed M.TECH CSE from BIT RANCHI IN 2002.FROM THEN ON WARDS I HAVE WORKED IN SEVERAL ENGINEERING COLLES IN THE STATE AS WELL AS OTHER STATES LIKE TN,KERALA.
YEAR 2014 ONWARDS , COLLEGES ARE NOT ACCEPTING THIS INTER DISPLINARY ELIIGIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE IN THE ENGINEERING COLLEGES. BECAUSE OF THIS I LOST JOB AND FACING VERY TIGHT POSITION.
BECAUSE OF THIS RULE I STOPPED MY Phd WORK ALSO IN KLU UNIVERSITY.
SIR, I HAVE COMPLETED M.TECH IN A PRESTIGEOUS INSTITUTE LIKE BIT RANCHI AND ALSO SERVEDFACULTY JOB FOR SERVERAL YEARS IN ENGINEERING COLLEGES ONLY . INOW I CANNOT SEEK ANOTHER JOB AT THIS AGE AS MY AGE IS NOW 50.
KINDLY ALLOW AND PERMIT ME LIKE PEOPLE TO SERVE IN ENGINEERING COLLEGES BESIDES pursuing Phd IN COMPUTER SCIENCE as part time basis.

Respected sir,
The minimum qualification for Assistant Professor in Management has been fixed as first class degree in Management as per AICTE norms. Accordingly a candidate with 59.6% with UGC NET becomes not eligible for the post of Assistant Professor. But a candidate with 60% becomes eligible for the same. But that fellow in most cases can not qualify UGC NET examination. In the same Dept. other Assistant Professors for eg. Commerce, tourism etc. needs only 55% marks and UGC NET. It is a clear case of anomaly and as per the AICTE norms the candidates having real potential who can pass the UGC NET examination becomes non eligible for the same. The marks in MBA will be a variable factor depends on the Institute. The ability of teachers need to be tested in a competitive examination like UGC NET. This is a serious anomaly in AICTE norms for Assistant Professor in Management in the same department. It is really pathetic to view that there is no value for UGC NET examination in the view of AICTE. Hence I request that kindly reconsider the case and revise the norms accordingly. Many NET qualified candidates are not getting teaching post but the candidates who can not qualify NET but could score 0.5 -1.0% extra marks becomes Assistant Professors. I expect that AICTE authorities will reconsider the fact and revise the norms.

Dear Sir,

I am a BCA,MCA, Mtech post graduate. I have finished my MCA in 2004, but applied Mtech in 2012 from JNTUH and completed in 2015.

I have taught Btech students from 2005 to 2007 and MCA students from 2009 to 2012. I have 5 years of teaching experience and currently working in IT industry.

Having so much of experience in teaching and have IT experience, I will get rejected by Btech colleges of this norm by AICTE.

I want to come back to teaching as I am more interested in teaching than IT industry.

Please consider my request as my plea and please approve MCA Mtech as qualified for teaching Btech.

Motivate faculty and staff towards Inter-Discipline research and degree.
• In regards with this, I am sharing the gist of former PM’s address at Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of UGC regarding Inter-disciplinary PhD Program (dated 28 Dec 2013)
• Interdisciplinary degree should be accepted in technical degree also for example who did UG (any degree with mathematics) and MCA (3 years) then M.E(CSE) / M.Tech (CSE) / M.Tech (IT) should be accepted (For example, all IITs/ NITs/IIsc and universities in USA accepted these kinds of degree) for teaching in engineering college for Computer Science and Engineering.
• Kindly don't discriminate on the basis of degree (From 2010 AICTE approval Process-BE and ME). Selection of a person in an interview should be basis on Knowledge not on the basis of his degree.
• A person who have completed his PhD with good publications and guided research students should be accepted as Director/Principal/Dean in technical education also, May be he/she is from (BSc and MSc/MCA and ME/M.Tech and PhD) science background (Example set by all IITs). At this stage, Vision and leadership quality is important rather than their degrees.
