TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

I am a loyal customer of Honda .
I purchased my Honda City one and half years ago and all my servicing is done in Honda Service Centre Malaysia.
My last service month was in November 2020.

Last week on 5th December 2020, a tragic accident has happened to me. My car tire burst and as i tried to press my brake to stop the car, the brakes was not working.

I could not control my car and hit against a culvert. The airbag did come come out from both sides - the drivers and the passengers side.

Lucky thing i was the only person in the car . What took me aback was, when i got down from my car my left hand was injured and bleeding. My left hand was injured due to the airbag impact.

What i am surprised is, the airbag is suppose to protect me in my case it has hurt my hand and luckily not my face.
Secondly when i was rushed to the clinic even the doctors and nurses was so surprised to see my wound which was bleeding that has been caused by the airbag.

Now i really cant understand as Honda supposing concern on their safety features and why this has happened to me.

I am so disappointed with the safety features of Honda and when i approach to the Honda sales person in USJ 1 he said this can take place and i cant understand on the logic of this.
