do not have my etickets

Hi,
I booked 2 tickets for the flight CA5233 for the sunday 26th of july (ref number : 7G4W38).
You took the money on my bank account 2 days ago and you did not send my e-tickets.
Why?
Could you send my etickets now at : [email protected]
