I am a member of AIR INDIA flying return program and accordingly was trying to book two tickets on line from Delhi to Jammu for March 12,2014 in the name of Deepak Dhar(131166301) and Rajni Dhar(131166323).At the end prior to payment something went wrong and nothing worked.However subsequently I discovered from my flying miles account that all the 1100 miles from MY A/c no 131166301 (Deepak Dhar) stand redeemed besides 2695 miles from MY wife.s A/C no 131166323(Rajni Dhar).I am unable to do anything but the record on the account shows that two tickets have been purchased under ref.nos:-1038816170-1and 1038816170-2.I have no clue where the tickets are..I have written a couple of mails to Air India flying returns but there is no response though the customer care on phone told me that the miles will be recouped to our accounts.When I have no knowledge.
