I cancelled three tickets by calling E commerce dated 10th April 2017 and requested for refund the same. After several follow up, I received a mail on 3rd May from E commerce saying that they already refunded the amount. But until now the amount is not credited to my account so I informed E commerce to provide me the swift message so that I can check with my bank.
I called their land line and sent several messages and getting no response.
Kindly look in to this issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
