Dear Sir,
My friend Mr. IMTIYAJ AHMAD, booked and purchased ticket (Booking Ref. ON8WXJ), flight was scheduled on 27.4.2016 at 04:00 from Delhi to Dubai
Traveler approached the Counter No.1 for issuance of boarding pass

Traveler was not issued boarding pass, the reasons were explained as
1. Okay to board stamp does not have the visa type
2. Traveler does not carry Indian Rupees 50,000.00
3. Traveler does not have any bookin in Hotel

And Traveler lost the ticket and it was fixed fare ticket that does not allowed

Why traveler asked these questions though he was not coming UAE first time, he showed the Emirates ID proof that he has brother here in UAE

I wish FlyDubai to explain logical reasons of refusal to issue the boarding pass

I Muhammad Dilshad working in Abu Dhabi for a decade and helped issued many visit visas to people and never faced this type of problem

I believe FlyDubai will explain logical reason or I'll go to consumer court to take this issue up
