I have booked ticket from New Delhi to Srinagar having pnr no. I5 715 but I have paid RS 220 extra for seat at new Delhi airport , counter of airasia.
Pls solve this issue.

When we landed in Goa we got to know that some of our baggage is missing.after waiting for long time we got to know that our baggage is still struck in Delhi airport due to some security reason and we were not told anything about it when we boarded or after that.

Then we are asked to wait for next 5-6 hours for our baggage and then we are supposed to collect it ourselves by again visiting the airport on the same day.

This experience by the airlines is really disappointing. It is a harrassement to the customer. We had our important stuff in the baggage.now how ll we manage without it. We were here in Goa for vacations and now we are struck with our baggage lost

Hii this is Chunduri Amrutha Pranavi i booked my flight in airasia in cheapflight through kiwi.com from hydrabad to Davao on 21 Jan 2018 the website cheated me showing that this flight is connecting flight but now in my boarding pass I got flights with 2different PNR numbers and when I called to the airasia coustmer care services they told me that you should have a Malaysia visa as you flights are having different PNR number and when I asked regarding visa they are telling that we are not responsibilities then if it's not ur responsibility why did you post in the website that this a connecting flight not only me even lots of my friends have the same issues if it's like this from next time how can we truest and booked the flight. now I don't have an option what to do because I don't have even much time to get Malaysia visa now I need a help from you I want my money back are I need a flight which is connecting on the same date.

As I am a regular customer of air asia.This time I was really very much disappointed and I promised not to travel via air asia in my life again and will recommend all others .
I have booked flight on 1st may to bangkok and travelled well.Later i booked second flight ticket attached for 29th of june for return flight and paid Indian rupees 20000+ including luggage. Actually this was mistake done by myself online as I had to fly 29th may instead of june.
I arrive to airport on 29th may and they advised me my ticket is booked for 29th june immediately I contacted air asia to change my ticket for courtesy as It is urgent matter By mistake I purchased ticket for 29th june. But the behaviour of representative was very rude first he told me we can do this before 2 hours he refused to do that.Later he said ok I will check then he said I have to pay Rs.21000 extra if i want to fly today on 29th may. It was shocking and surprising for me how such a reputed company do this. I started thinking and ask him for 2 minutes time . After 2 minutes i talked to him final the booking then he said I have to pay Rs26000 know.
It was urgent for me to come back on 29th may and company looted me for total of Rs 46000 for flight from new delhi to bangkok. Where as singapore airlines which is one of best airlines was charging rs 35000.
I am really very disappointed with customer service and forging customers.
Will never fly to airasia and I will take this matter to ombudsman as well as civil court.
Also will leave feedback and tell other passengers never to travel through air asia moreover flight was 2 hours late so much upsetting at airport for all the bad service I paid rs 46000 whereas reputed and good airlines like singapore airline flight always on time change ticket with normal charge.Really a biggest mistake which I learnt .

Also kindly give me the number of company owner or coo I wish to talk to him in regards this matter As I am a regular customer instead of changing ticket with normal charge company charge me double an d I beard the rude behaviour of akrasia representative.

I had lost my baggage and I asked the Bangalore International Airport to help me out but they showed no interest.
They were very rude and did not give proper assistance on my issue .
I have not got my baggage still.
They asked me to call them after 24hrs and they never picked my calls till now.
They were very irresponsible and very rude.
Bangalore was a very friendly place but due to the corrupt people the place gets a bad name . I have valuables worth more than 1 lakh . And the baggage counter hasn't called me so far .
They tell me they have no information about my baggage . And they seem to close my chapter . They do not understand and they r very corrupt

I was travelling from Malaysia to Bangalore and the airasia airlines have lost one of my luggage .
The valuables in my luggage were worth more than 1 lakh . I called the Indian airasia help line and they told me that they would call me back but never called and more over when I call the number they do not pick my calls anymore .
And the Bangalore International Airport is worse they don't give attention to the passengers needs . They also have no interest of calling me or even picking my calls.
They tell me nothing can be done !

Hi, I was very happy that i will take my parents in flight and booked the to and fro from Bangalore to pune on 24th feb flight no I51424 and return ticket 26th Feb 2015 flight no I51424. paying almost 17K. However due to my father demise we could not able to travel and requested for cancel the ticket.
There i made a mistake cos as per some company norms they cant refund entire amount and they told that they can pay some 6K only and it will take 3 months get it refund and i was waiting till now thinking better than nothing i may get some amount.
Perhaps for my surprise i called the customer care today for checking the status on refund, but to me its shocking that i haven't booked the ticket at all and my booking ref was in other name ( Booking number: V7KTUL).
Now i dont know whom to approach for this cheating people and i recommended the friends who is going to read this msg. never ever book the tickets in airasia its cheating airlines and you will never get any response.
