Our flight qz534 was delayed today although I am grateful we are finally home on perth ground, my son and family flight was at lunch time and cancelled apparently till next Thursday. I think this is appalling that airasia is not looking after their passengers to get them home as soon as possible. We had 8 seats empty on our flight. Not happy and not want to fly eith them again.
Who foots the bill for the extra week!!!!

Misbehavior and not charging as per the policy

Dear airasia
If there is really anyone out there to hear and fix my problem.Then it's time to frankly say how can a staff who claims to be the boss of airasia can be so ruthless to Me As a passenger.Airasia as per the cabin baggage policy allows 7kgs and a laptop bag.I was carrying 12 kgs including both.this person on the gold coast airport made me mad so called customer care service. Nowhere it is written on the policy how much a laptop bag should weigh.I.just had couple of documents and my laptop accessories which ofcourse I am not going to throw.These people charged me for 7kgs which is 59$ for one flight from gold coast to Kuala Lumpur and the most ridiculous part was he charged me again from kill Lumpur to chennai.My name is dhruv nanda and my email is [email protected] you really care for even one customers and feel that a business should not work in this manner.Please come up with my solution to this.Paying for ur laptop bag is really heart breaking.
