I purchased my brand new, Aireloom Hybrid Bamboo mattress from the dump in Houston Texas, as a soon-to-be single mom, having moved 1200 miles from home to be closer to my mother and sisters. I was very pregnant and could've also on the uncomfortable non supportive mattress I had before, so Although I didn't have the money, u splurged for my well being and bought the airloom using the credit plan they offer at the dump.

Needless to say, this mattress has been sagging in the middle since a few Months after I bought it. I had a newborn son I was raising on my own and it hasn't gotten easier.

I made the mistake of trusting the "waterproof " mattress topper and a few fateful nights when my toddler crawled in bed with me, proved them wrong. Unfortunately, I hadn't called Airloom out to perform their inspection before the accident and now that it's unbearable, I placed the call.

They are telling me there is nothing they can so if there is any stain on the mattress.

Clearly this is a serious theme with this company and the mattresses aren't what they used to be.
