I purchased online a one way ticket with 2 passenger from manila to cagayan de oro via cebu dating jun 19,2013 with reservation code of GTELAN. But unfortunately the name was of the same person due to technical error with the computer .Can you please help me with. I appreciate it very much..

i booked a flight last august 23, 2012 reservation code: onxhff, route masbate-manila, v.v., on the following date novv 17, ret. nov 21. thru virtuallythere. thinking that everything is ok, i booked another flight on the same date for my 7 year old daughter and booked a hotel in baguio city for our stay there. on nov. 8, 2012, i received an e mail from flight advisory that my flight schedule was changed to nov. 18, ret. nov. 21, due to code sharing between airphil and pal. i immediately contacted (02) 855-9000 telling them i'm not amenable with the change they made because my family will attend a conference in baguio city on those dates, we already booked a hotel there, and my daughter cannot go there by herself. they assured me that it's already ok but when i checked my itinerary, travel dates are still nov 18-22.

will this not pose a problem when i will check in on nov. 17?
how can you make changes without asking me first?

i booked this flight more than 2 months ago, so that everything will be in place (hotel, schedule and all). i cannot just simply cancel my daughter's flight and hotel accommodation knowing the cancellation fees i will incur in the process.

Sy, I secured a Plane Ticket for Ms. Carmencita Generalao Lilam, reference Booking Reservation No. GMKUPH last 27 August 2012. with route ILO-MNL-SINGAPORE on 14 Nov 2012 with return flight SINGAPORE-MNL-ILO on 18 Nov 2012. Unfortunately, I misspelled her First Name. I typed it as CARRMENCITA instead of CARMENCITA with only one R.

Hoping your good office can rectify it so she won't have problem with her flight.
