When i checked the online website bills are still getting generated for the number whic hhas been long closed, instrument surrendered and full and final settlement obtained. Airtel must be the most mismanaged telecom service provider where one tea mdoes not speak to the other and there are no systems.

I had an airtel broadband with fixed line connection 08042019287 which i closed. The entire dues pending was paid and the full and final settlement letter was issued by airtel signed by the executive. Now im getting an lok adalat notice for not having paid the same. This is harrassment of the public. Its unfortunate that ive got a corporate connection also in airtel which i will now also deactivate. I m also thinking of filing in consumer court against airtel for mental anguish. If airtel is taking note of this. Pls call me at +919900688449 or mail me at [email protected]
