No response after paying for the Broadband

I have paid 1200 for having new broadband connection. The sales personal named Surya has collected the money and filled the form in detail and gave a copy of the form. He promised that with in 24hrs connection will be established in my house. Later after 24hrs there has been no response and I get a message from airtel stating it will be completed in max 3 days. Even after 3 days there has been no response form the Airtel. I keep calling the sales personal and he doesnt pick my call, I get a response stating tomorrow the issue will be resolved via message.

If Airtel is not responding, Then I will have to change all my airtel connection. Every penny lost is also loosing business.

Call center personal from airtel also gives the same response stating that it will done today. But nothing else happens.

Do not collect money till the job is done or return the money if you are unable to to.

Sick experience form airtel. I am unable to register a compliant with airtel and there is no escalation method available.

It is corporate company with no culture ad not understanding the importance of the customer

Broadband Connection

Hi,

I applied online for a new broadband connection on 4/2 and i received an email with my confirmation number stating that someone will contact me within 24 to 48 Hrs. They did contact me within that time frame asking for my physical address (I mentioned my address while filling the online form). I provided them with my address and they said that we will check the feasibility and will get back to you within 48 hours. Now, within that 48 hrs windows 6 different people called me from Airtel asked for my address. I provided all of them with my address and every time that 48 hours windows is growing. I waited for their call for 2 more days and i did receive a call from a guy asking me when can he come to collect the documents. I told him to come whenever he is free. Guy did not turn up neither he called. I waited for one more day and called Airtel boradband customer care. Spoke to a lady who again asked me for my address and said he will have someone call me within 48 hours. Same day i received a call from Airtel broadband asking me if they can send someone to collect the documents. I told them to come anytime they want but call me before you come. Lady said someone will come tomorrow at 2:00 PM. I waited for that SOMEONE's call that afternoon no one came by. I called broadband customer care again that evening and spoke to a guy name Babu Prasad and he assured me that within 48 hours my connection will be up and running and he also gave me his transaction id (I don't know what the heck is that) but i took it. Again 48 hrs went by and no sign of anyone. I called broadband cust care again and asked lady to put me to his manager and finally i was taling to this lady named Savitha who claims to be the manager confirmed that she will call me back in 45 minutes with an update. Waited for 2 hours she did not called so i had to call her. I called them back and spoke to guy named Rajan, asked him to put me through her. Rajan said she is buy right now and will call back in 30 minutes. Again after pone hours i called broadband cust care and this time the lady banged the phone right on my face. HOW COOL IS THAT!!!??

Higher authorities...!!! Please do something coz i don't see your managers and employees understands the urgency of the situation and their responsibility.
