Foremost comploaint is our email id
[email protected] is not registered by Airtel since inception of this CUG Plan from 4/2/2016 onwards after porting out of Vodafone.
The second complaint is that International Roaming Pack of Rs. 3.999/- per month which was activated in the month of June, 2017 was requested to disable from 4th December, 2017 onward. The same had not been done.Our various requests have not been acknowledged, leave alone actions taken further on these requests.
Thirdly our bill copies are not regularly received and we have to run from pillar to post to get details of our biling and pay against them. We are eager to make payments well before due dates and Airtel is not bothered to send us the bills.
Lastly unable to address our complaints & escalate them as the right contacts are not explicitly made known to every CUG customer. For every call to Customer Care, we are promptly replied to contact our account co-ordinator. Who is this person, what is his contanct number, email id etc. are not known to Customer Care themselves.
What a way to run & manage a company called Airtel !!!
