Unprofessionalism in address verification for postpaid sim
Hi
I have recently bought airtel postpaid sim. They have told them prefer for address verification is on week end or in week days before 9 AM. Customer care executive said fine. No body has come for address verification on my preferred time and they dis-connected my outgoing call without any notice. What a un professional behaviour. I could not believe airtel can be so much dumb. Earlier i had quiet high regards for them.
When i call ed again customer care about for outgoing call blockage, they said i have to give again request for address verification and i need to go to their office. What a bullshit they can not take request on phone. I have wasted so much time running behind these idiots. God bless new future customers of airtel.

airtel has no clue about their grund staff who does address verification
Hi
I have recently bought airtel postpaid sim. Airtel has no clue about their ground staff what they are doing for address verification.
For me no one from airtel turned up for address verification. However some one kept me calling i am coming but no one has come.
Now they have blocked my outgoing call. When i registered complain, airtel says visit was done but door was locked.
This is not possible so much lie. I think airtel has outsourced address verification contract to some third party and they have no clue what there vendor doing. I had so much trust in airtel brand but it is unfortunate to see India's leading brand is deteriorating like this. Looks like they are chasing profit at the cost of customer service.

Charging for a download never made
I have been using WAP applications for more than 3 years now.I was always using airtel. Many a times suddenly I would be detucted 15 - 99 RS in the name of some java games etc etc which i never download.This has been a continuous feature of airtel to steal money from coustomers.U cannot complain n 198 service has been deactivated for me.Its a shame on them and just because I have this number updated in my Profile everywhere i am forced to continue with it.I need compensation for all this crap charges made against me.

Subject complaint regarding reduction of balance from my account
Respected sir,
My mobile number is 9896121873 I am using this number from the last 20 years, from the last 1 year I am having problem with your number.
As I am using internet even it is having validity my balance washes out. Yesterday only when I was using my sms service I had sent only 40
sms and airtel took my balance. I am also afraid to get my number recharged as whenever I get it airtel washes my balance. Because of your poor service I had to take another set of Tata docomo along with me. I have also talked to customer complaint no. 198. They agree that there is some technical problem but they don’t give any complaint no.Dear Sir, My sms sevice is also not functioning now. I will be highly obliged if you will give my balance back.
I hope you will take a suitable action of my problem.
