even After complaining and mailing to airtel customer care today they deducted my 121rs as VAS. I am really disappointed.

Dear sir my mobile NO 7894297960 .My whole balance was deducted on night of 03.05.12.When I try to call some one from my mobile on 04.05.14 morning ,there is no balance in my account .
On 03.05.14 my balance was 126 rupees.
Where is my balance gone kindly follow the matter.

Ref my compaint on 18th march,today I recied a msg that Internet pack has been renued and Rs 125 deducted .Why it has been renued inspite of my compaint not to activate.Pls see that the amount credited into my account immeadiatly
