deducted balance

Sir/madam,
my daughter is using airtell cell phone. last week she recharged 50 rs. for emergency uses in her hostel. bur 3 days before her balance is deducted for no reason without demanding any service.she is connecting 121 for balance refund but no any action is taken till now...that is a very bad name for a reputed company like airtel.plz do something in this matter.
