I received a call in January 2011 stating that I have been selected to win a gift package from AJ Interlinks (pvt) ltd, in their Chennai office. Curious to know what it was, when I visited with my family members, I had to wait for about 15 minutes to be called upon for a discussion. We were surrounded by a couple of staff members tempting us with what we would get by becoming a member. A rate chart was prepared showing various catalogs of holiday venues and we were finally lured to become members, not giving us enough time to think over. Just grabbed the credit card swiped it and gave us an agreement not stating anything that was discussed. This is not a valid agreement as no witnesses were signed nor signed in the presence of a lawyer and no photographs were affixed.

Subsequent to this, my requests in connection with holiday packages were never responded positively, as per the promises we were given. When I requested for a refund, it was refused. Finally when I went to their office around two months ago, to find out what is going on, the office was no more and they have vanished somewhere. I still couldn't locate where they are. This is 100% fraud and I need to join with those affected seeking my money back.
