Hi my class has been paid into my account I currently have cancer ther is a lot of bogus scam loan companies
After withdrawn money from my ac most of it hads been refunded now, I've spoke to action fraud and my bank has cancelled my debit cards etc, I have never spoke to or had any dealings with this company AK MANAGMENT. I have tried 29 times to contact them by phone nobody ever answers that in itself tells you that this company are rip off merchants. It's a disgrace that the govt bodies police and banks allow this type of scam to go on, how dare you rip me and others off, I intend to getting my money back within 24/48hours and I assure you my bank won't allow that payment to go through., how do u sleep at night ripping skint vulnerable people off ?? It's a disgrace.

Ak Management are continually taking £89 out of my account, I have never had a loan I only enquired, I am on disability and to date they have taken this amount 4 times, my bank can't or won't help, can anyone help me please

I did not want a loan and I have 2weeks to cancel so please refund my money

Hello I am wrighting to your company as I went to my branch today and realised your company had taken £89.00 out my account for a loan applied for but when I spoke to one of your advisors from your company I was told that no funds would be taken out my account until I have receieved my loan amount of £750.00, well your company had taken this out of my bank without me receiving funds, I would like a refund from your company of £89.00 as that is the money me&my child have to live on, this is out of order as was told one thing&your company done another, please contact me about my refund on 07532013108 asap thanks francesca

I havd been looking for a loan and applied on a website so I put my card details in. I then realised that after I put all of my details in that this company was not actually a lender they were loan brokers. They have passed on my details to numerous other loan broker companys which have taken a total of £335.00 out of my account in the last 2 weeks. I have my own home and a 2 year old son to look after and am really finding it hard to get by at the moment as everytime I get money these companys take all my money out of my account. I have tried getting hold of these companys to get my money back but I cant seem to get through to any of them. So watch out for a2z loans, moneywarehouse.co.uk, the 1 loan, loans plus more, merlin loan, and ak management. I have also sent letters, emails and refund forms but I don't seem to be getting a reply from any of them. Is there anything I can do? Someone please help!

They've taken £89 from account left me and my 3 children with nothing and are not help full in anyway, very bad customer service

My daughter was actually searching for a credit union, and these people rang her, they said she would be eligible for a loan, and stupidly gave them her bank details, she has had no documents or even agreed over the phone to a loan, so not signed anything,
She has tried ringing them, no one answers, so is now writing to them,
I would be interested to know if anyone had their money refunded and how you went about it, she has rung the 0844 no, does anyone know if there is another no, to ring on

hi again everyone i said i would let you no how it goes with my refund well i finally had it refunded last week after been given 4 different dates that it would credit my account then finally i had it returned i just kept calling them and them finally returned my money hope you all get the same outcome x

sent a letter to them as well, sent it special delivery, cost me £5, but wanted to make sure they couldn't say they didn't get it, even sent them a reply envelope with a stamp on it, as yet no reply, can you imagine the interest that they are scamming of people like us

same happened to me its a discrace waited 6 month for refund but still none i also was told was on waiting list to get it back in bank but it never happened when ringing u either dont get threw or when u do get threw ya get passed around, so still no further forward im going to take them to court as think its discusting i too was on benefits n ended up with bank charges 2c and my phone bill will be sky high off ringing them becvause they dont reply to emails anne

just phoned them yet again to go from 1st in cue to 6th, and keep getting sent back to main menu to star all over again, good way of getting even more money from folk that cant afford it

just sent them an email, and going to try yet again to phone, really sick to death of this company, its a bloody joke that likes to pray on folk needing a bit of help

Hi everyone, I also have just been scammed by them and had £79 taken from my account which has made me overdrawn. I am having this investigated as we speak. I have also seen online that they are definately a scam, wish I had know that before.
