This Company promises to fix an interview for the job but they only take away the money. It was on 12 January 2014, I called one number I got from the newspaper for the job vacancy they had advertised. One lady picked up call, she said her name was Miss Bano. I asked her if she represent a company or a consultancy. She said she was from the Employment and Manpower supply service. I asked more detail about the position (Ticketing agent) I wanted to apply, she did not gave a satisfactory answer. She said she was very busy and if I want more information then I have to meet her personal at this address “King Abdul Aziz Street, Immigration Road, Dubai Islamic Building, Block C, room no 301, Sharjah”. I asked for the company name she simply disconnected the phone. I called her again. She did not pick the call. So I went to meet her at her given address. I found out in the door that the company name was Al Aidy Al Mahirah. I called her and told her that I was standing outside the door of the address she gave me. She told me to enter and meet her inside. I went Inside. I gave her my CV. We talked for 5 mins. She told me that I have to pay 400 AED for the job which she will arrange for the interview. I told her why do I have to pay so much money and where is the guarantee that I will be selected for the job. She said that the company has ties with other companies in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. She asked me for how much I can pay. I said I am not sure if I want to continue my services with her agency. She said if money was the problem then she will reduce it to 200 AED. She said she was doing this favour because I am also an Indian otherwise she takes 600 AED from others. That too I could pay 100 AED now and 100 AED anytime I feel comfortable. I asked her if I will get any bill as a proof that I have paid the amount. She said off course she will give me the bill, her Company is professional and they were dealing with hundreds of people daily. I gave the 100 AED and she gave me the form to filled. While filling the form I asked her, why am I filling this form because I have already given my CV and the form was no less than a CV except there are boxes and lines in the form. She said that my CV will go to other company who will contact me for the interview, whereas the form will be in her company for company’s record. I was almost through with the form filling, one last point was left. That point was that I agree to pay the amount I paid to the company Al Aidy Al mahirah and that the amount is not refundable. I said why is my money not refundable? What if your company does not fixed the interview? She said her company has been into business since 20 years and they have 2 to 3 branches in UAE, that too her company won’t reached anywhere with my 100 dirham. She said I can complain to the police if my money was not refunded. I said what’s the use of informing the police? What can the police do if I myself have written in the last point that I agreed to pay to your company after knowing that the money is not refundable. She only gave me a visiting card with her signature, date and reference number written behind the card. She smile and she said that for sure I will get the job. She went outside the cabin and told me to sit there for sometimes. I sat for more than half an hour. She came back and she asked me if I am willing to work for Customer Service job. I told her that I went there with a hope for an interview for Ticketing Agent job not for Customer service. She said but in the form I had just written I wrote Customer Service as the first point and Ticketing Agent as the last point. So first preference will be given to Customer Service job. I looked at her straight in the eye and said that in the first place your advertisement was for Ticketing Agent Job, and on the phone I talked with your for the ticketing job, and while filling up the form it was you who told me to write the Customer Service, Data Entry ,Office Assistant, Reception first and Ticketing Agent last. And now what first and last preference are you talking about? She said okay I understand that you want a Ticketing job but what I am offering you is a Customer Service job because we have vacancy for the Customer Service, and the ticketing job will take sometimes to fix for the interview. I said okay What kind of Customer Service job, was it in a Hotel or Airport or Bank? She said no not in the Hotel or Bank but it was in a Company in Sharjah that too I do not have to gave my interview I am already selected. I was blank for sometime because I could not believe what I just heard. Then I asked her how can I be selected without giving any interview. She said that there was a Customer Service Vacancy in her Company and I can joined immediately. I said if you wanted me to join your company then why do you have to take my 100 dirham. Give me back my 100 dirham. She said that money was for the form filling and registration. I said that I do not have experience in the kind of job that she is doing how can I get any customer. She said the company will provide training for me. She even took me to her Manager cabin to fix my job. The Manager said that they will pay 2000 AED monthly. I said okay let me think over it and I will call you tomorrow. I left their office I was still shock that somebody would give me a job just like that. On the way out I met one person he had also come for the interview there. He asked me how much I paid. I said 100 AED. He said they took 600 AED from him. As soon as I reached home I typed their Company name and I found out that it was a fraud company. I told my husband about everything. We decide that I will not join that fraud company because I do not want to lure people and eat their money. I believe it is a bad Karma. After two days I got a call from them. They wanted to confirm whether I want to join their company. I said no I don’t want to join their company and to fix an interview in another company. Again someday I again got a call from them they said that I got a job in another company and to visit them in their office (Al Aidy Al Mahirah). I went to that fraud office and I spoke with the fraud Manager. The Manager didn’t even know who I was. What for I was there? He simply said that I have to pay the remaining amount to get my job fixed. He did not say Good afternoon or Come in or have a seat. I went and I sat in the seat in front of him I said to him “ Do you even know what for I came here?” His face was blank and he said no. He asked me my Name. I gave him my name. He asked me my CV. I said I had already given my CV and I already got the job in his office. But I do not want that job and I again got the call from his office that I got another job and that was the reason why I was there. He asked me how much I have paid. I told him 100 AED. He said I have to pay another 500 AED for the other job. I said that it was fixed for 200 AED. He asked me with whom I spoke before. I sais Miss Bano. He called her and confirm in front of me about the deal. She confirmed and left the cabin. He said that there is the job for Customer Service in another company. I asked the name of the company. He said Al Aidy Al Mahirah. I said but that was the same company. He said yes but it is in another branch in Dubai. I told him that I do not want to work with Al Aidy Al mahirah in any of the branch. He said ok I will fixed for an interview but I need to pay first 500 AED. I knew that these guys won’t give me my money back and wanted to take more money from me. I said why are you only after money? Do you think I will not pay you? I will give 1500 AED only after you fix the interview. You can keep the 500 for the registration and 500 tips for you and Bano each. I was angry but I controlled my anger. He said we will call you Madam if there is any news for the job you wanted. I asked him if he has any interview opening for the ticketing job. He said no not at the moment. Then I said if you do not have then why are you giving the advertisement in the newspaper? I said you have wasted my time. He said don’t show your temper in my office. I said you call this temper, you haven’t seen my temper yet. He ask me why do you have any Arabi family here. I said yes I have an Arabi family and Arabi friends and they are waiting for me outside this building but I was lying. He said okay madam we will call you if there are any update. I never got a call from them.

I wish to also state that i did see an ad on the Gulf-newspaper and called tel number 97165751884, talked to a miss Hena who invited me for an interview 17-7-2012 which she recons i passed and demanded 300 dhs plus200 dhs in total 500 dhs before placement ,and i obliged.No contacts were coming from here so i visited their office on top of Dubai Islamic Bank building in Sharja but Ms Hena was said to be out on Ramadan and was attendee to by Mr Khan who felt i was infuriated and promised to contact me before 24-7-2012.They have not contacted me to date whereas all their office phones are off and i am back to my country in east Africa after the expiry of my visa which they took advantage of and Mr khan keeps switching off his cell phone.Sincerely in the name of ALLAH this people w ill face his wrath for the injustices they are conning innocent people. and the UAE authorities should now nab them for prosecution

guys i just went there yesterday for the second times enteview, and yes they ask me another payment 300/aed because they said im selected already, but when he ask me the money i said i just go to the near atm machine cause i dont have cash, then when i came bck to thier office he just change his mine he said its ok they just get that money to my first salary, , , they play very well to cheat us, what hapend to the government to tolerate this crime???

This office is based in shariah on immigration road in the same building of Dubai Islamic Bank. I was contacted by this company for a job offer and asked to pay 300/- Aed for registration, and when i asked that if i want to withdraw my application is the amount refundable they(contact person = ZARA) agreed. Then they called me for contract signing and asked me to bring my sponsorship status proof, upon asked they did not reply, they just asked to bring the documents and 300/- Aed, and all my documents. i went to the company to withdraw and the person denied any type of refunding on my face straightaway. i am in need of a job and these types of scams are being operated with people in need. And the worst part is that they are still at large. why is the government/law enforcement sleeping on this or they do not care about the people struggling for living...!

You are absolutely right brother...They all are the cheaters. They are taking our money by cheating, after the payment of 300 Aed they are saying it as Processing FEE. Be aware of these scammers. They are not thinking about the Judgement Day...eating the Haram Money of Innocent people. How could they will be heaven. So friends Please dont visit to their office. "Sale chor hai sab".
