same words and complaint mentioned below as the same happened to me also, I went there for my brother and cousin and they took 200 AED and they said its refundable, She hides the instruction which is written back side of the app., and how fast she took my sign on the app. can't explain.

Please take big action for this company, this company employees are taking haram, plz take any big action for this fake company.
Advise to all don't go to them and waste your time and money. Please take necessary action against these type of agencies.
Dear All same thing happened with me post to pay the fees when I go in there office they misbehave with me and as well as they do not have to talk etiquette with the existing candidate. They told me that govt has given to licence to them for money collected from the candidate

Al Awaiel Employment & Manpower Supply service Company is fake. manpower agency they ask 210 AED from one applicat as there charge but no one get job from there, lots of peoples lost there money. Today 02 October 2018 room display name NOOR, 2 Pakistani lady seating there, she said to me - she give me good work, monthly 3500 I need to pay 210 AED and then i pay after i come outside everybody telling to me that is fraud company. What i do now. me no money the money i borrow from my friend. They are making profit from the dreams of very poor peoples. Please take necessary action against these type of agencies. I'm very tired i want to die because here in UAE don't have Bangladeshi visa transfer system also. If have transfer system recently i change my visa.

I have spend 210 AED to registered this al awaiel consultancy. first time only they make appointment to send interview but when i reach that interview there nothing is happen, just received my CV and informed will call you back. after that i didnt received any call from al awaiel. i have tried many time to call they will postpones and not attend, sometimes cut the line. when they speak with me they told me inform to manager to speak with you, but after that nothing, every day i making call and nothing respones. In UAE every people coming from very critical stage to find the job, from those people money your eating defenlty YOU ARE GOING TO HELL. when i wend first time i realized office staff came to told that manager local emirati came in office , if local person coming to office they are getting fear. so they are doing some illegal.

hi, I am panneerselvam and i have paid 200 AED for getting job. 2 ladies were there and they spoke to me nicely and told me that i am their brother and definitely will get the job. they asked me to wait for 5 days , if no interview arranged they will return 100% money. i believed their words as they told me as brother... they gave 2 receipts ie each 100 AED. and they asked me to contact a customer support number for my application status. i started calling them from day 1 but no proper response and they started shouting me that why i am calling them ... they were very rude and no response for calls. then i went directly to their office and i was treated same way and i was asked to wait for more than 4hrs and then asked me to get lost.

even they told me i can go to police and complaint about for not refunding 200AED.

so pls be careful with this consultant. , never make any payment.

I was cheated by Al Awaiel Employment and Manpower supply services on 28/03/2017.I called this company as per the ad given in Gulf News and this is what happened:-
Come to office before 5pm
My head office in king faisal road, sharjah.
near suzuki showroom, today we have client interview.
Come to al faisal 2 building, 2nd floor room number 208
Since i was deliberately looking for a job i didnt refer about the company and went to attend the interview. When i entered there office, i came across a Filipino lady in there so called reception, she asked to handover my resume to her and she walked in to a room, after a couple of minutes i hear a voice calling my name.
One of the lady (Muskan) asked me take seat and ask to introduce yourself( fake interview) while telling about myself interrupted and ask which position are you looking for and what is your salary expectation. And as normal i mentioned the post mentioned in the ad and my expected salary.She said that they have openings for manager and the basic salary is 4k with other benefits like free food,transport and accommodation and if you are interested you have to pay 150 AED of which 100 AED is refundable if you are not getting the job or call within 7 working days.
She also took a copy of my visit visa and asked for passport which i didnt have.
After paying 150 AED, she asked me to sign on a green sheet (not a legal document), after signing she immediately took the signed green sheet and keep it in her desk drawer and she gave me a "small pouch with a notepad, ball pen and a cd" and send me back to home with lot of hopes about getting a interview call within a week.

I waited for a week and received no call then i searched about the company and review there were many who has been cheated and lost there money.I called lady( Muskan 0568432372) who spoke to me,she was disconnecting my call and when she picked after couple of try i told i was one who signed an agreement soon she disconnected the call.I visited the company asking for my money and they argued that this is not refundable and said that i didnt here it properly that the money is not refundable.

Kindly help to get my money and take action against these cheats so that they are not doing the same with others as they are still posting job offers in Gulf news,Dubizzle,Indeed etc..........BEWARE

It's just sad to know that I learned all these after I signed up with them. I thought it was legitimate since it's mt first time here in DXB, learning that there are some employment agencies who does the same but legally. Stupid of me to fall for it but I didn't showed any evidence of doubt when I went to their office today to get a refund. Only got my 50AED back and they still have the 100AED for some reason that they say it was in the sharjah law code 40 something that 100AED SHALL BE UNREFUNDABLE. Either way, if that's how they do business they can consider my 100 as my contribution for their funeral bills. May God and Karma strike their heads to flames. Tell everyone about this, they're still in business and I saw a lot of fresh CV's when I went there today.

I got my money back . I register a complaint in www.sedd.gov.ae. They take action aganist them and I got refund of my money. So you do the same to get your money back. My no: 0509430757

And make us pay 300 AED by telling 95% of interview is over and within a week we will get the job else the money we paid will be refunded. But after 1 week or 1 year they will not arrange any interviews or will not arrange any jobs. If we asking for refund also they will not give the amount that we paid and also behave very rude.... so please please please do not go there or pay any money be careful.

First they put a add on dubizzle or some other job website with their contact number (Madam Neha (0566313672 / 0566311341) and ask for walk in interview immediately (on the same day), the reason is that the people may not search their reality and identity in this short time span.... then when u come to their fake office a Soorrr faced lady welcomes (Madam Neha, but they use different names at different occasions) from her face anyone can judge that she or they are fraud people.... then she ask for the registration money and said this money will be refunded if not selected (another big lie that money can never ever be refunded) after collection of money they committed for fake interviews or job but nothing like that happened ever.... i am the victim and like me many others are the victims of these bloody fraud people..... i have also submitted an FIR against this fraud company and soon local police will get them after collecting proper evidence and witnesses which have already been gathered at police station..... so please dont ever go to this Fraud company or submit any type of money to them......
