About E-kad

AsalamuAlaikum dear Sir
I really need your help please.. recently e-kad process i also do my e-kad process.. but now the company boss not attend my call.. i already gave him 5000rm for visa process. My e-kad is online but the further process he didnot do anything else.. now i want to know what i can do. Can i do any complain about that boss.. i have all bankin reciept i gave money to him.. please please please i want to go back pakistan my parents waiting for me.. 0162504292 my contact..
