They dont respect their customers at all,specially the African Guy on the reception.He didn't allow me to receive one of my relatives at my room to have a dinner together, and forced me to leave the apartment at the middle of the night and because of that i had to pay 300 AED to booked in another apartment. They didn't mention in their policy that you can not receive your friends at your room , and after all they didn't return my money back
