There has been a power outage in my area for the pass 2 hours and the automated system says its not going to be fixed until midnight the next day ... I have small kids and we can't just be without power just because some body else messes with the power pole...Don't yall train your guys on what to do when there is an outage. This is not acceptable... Bc y'all was looking for a damn payment you wouldn't b so slow about cutting my services off for non payment... I'm sick of this company ....all together...this has happened too many times ...
