I live in an apartment complex and my light bill be almost double it was when I was living in a mobile home. The new system they have is ridiculous. Not everyone gets paid on the same day. And not everyone is working where they get a paycheck. I am self employed. So when the money comes that's when I have money. They don't care about the weather. It's snowing now and ima be a few days late on paying my light bill but they still telling me they may cut my lighrs off in this weather and I have my babies in this home with me as well. Things happen. People fall short sometimes but do they care.... No. Lord have mercy on us all!!!
