Alarm force is the worst company I have done Business with in Canada. The service is poor and they basically tell you there is no way of getting out of a 3yr contact whether you are in need of the service or not. There is no compromise with them, pay your money for 3 years or have a collection agency destroy your credit plus collect the money.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! well maybe if i had an enemy i would ask him to try it out but no one else.
I found the customer service girl quite polite but that was just good people pushing an evil system to get paid.
STAY AWAY FROM ALARM FORCE UNTIL THEY HAVE MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACTS.

Unprotected for 6 days....We have a problem with our system & can not alarm the system for six days due to a glitch in the system. This makes us very uneasy & upset. I use to have a system in Prince George & have been with Alarm Force for many years. I moved in with my Sweetie 7 or 8 years ago & before I did I had Alarm Force install the system at my expense. I am very seriously thinking of pulling the plug & going somewhere else. We have had our problems in the past, but very minor. This one I believe is serious enough to have fixed right away, But Alas, the Rep.we contacted said that we would have to wait for six days to have the problem looked at. The Alarm Force Company in our eyes has gone for a no service policy. (Crapp in other words.)

I only hope that nothing happens in the six days to alarm us further. The managers of Alarm Force should be ashamed to be in control of such a company, unless it is there policy to treat customers this way. I see a lot of bad reviews, listed above & I will keep these in mind as I decide what to do in the next few days.

I hold Alarm Force responsible for any Mishaps while our System is down for the next Six Days. It is in writing & copied!!!!
