false pretense

this company "AP" pretends to be with ADT to gain access into your home reporting they are "updating the system" only to remove your current system and establishing services with theirs. They did this to me and ended up taking monies from my bank account placing my account in overdraft. Un one month they took unauthorized monies and costs of being in an overdraft position, emptied my overdraft account and left me without money to pay some of my bills. The alarm would go off all the time indicating a fire when there was nothing and not once did they notify anyone including me. I did not seek out their services, nor did I invite them to my home and I was very satisfied with ADT which I had purchased my alarm system from in 2011 prior to moving into my home. I discovered that there are many more people who had this same thing happen to them. I am a single lady 58 years old with Multiple Sclerosis and physically impaired. I tried calling this company once it was discovered who they really were but was met on thousands of instances with a machine which could not take more messages. Finding their fax number I reached out to them and demanded they return the monies taken and to have the unwanted services discontinued with them. and that I had reported what was done to me. I called ADT numerous times and spoke with their legal department and discovered just how widespread this company's questionable practices went. I finally was re-established with ADT on the 11th of this month, March, and informed "AP" that services with them were discontinued and my Bank was informed of this change and "AP" did not have authorization to take another cent from my account. I tried calling "AP" but was met with a line that I could not reach anyone on as usual. I sent them an email directly from their own web page, which I kept a copy as well as the confirmation it was received. I also found a phone number on their web page which I was able to leave a message and it was made very clear that I terminated the services they inflicted upon me and that my bank was made aware of this. I also sent them a detailed fax per suggestion of my Bank Manager, I informed "AP" once again and kept a copy of this as well as confirmation that it was received. I also mailed "AP" a copy of the letter which I faxed along with a copy of the confirmation they had received this. Despite everything "AP" managed to take monies from my account so It forced me to take on an added expense of placing a hold on my account to prevent them from taking any more monies from my small fixed income. I also sent a demand for a return of the monies "AP" took from my account, but I expect that a company who despite my informing them in every manner at my disposal had the nerve to take more money from me, the only response I expect from them is to try somehow to extract more funds from one of their victims, because I feel victimized by "AP". I developed an ulcer from the added stress and spent most night without getting sleep until the sun started to rise. With the protection I once again have with ADT I feel safe once more and can now go to sleep at night without fear of having someone get into my home unknown or that there will be a fire that goes un-noticed and burning to death in my home.
