Airline: jetstar Travel agency: bravofly Insurance company: NoProblem
Me and my boyfriend booking the flight on 8th/Sept. Because I got the Pheumonia in the hospital for a while. So I couldn't take flight. We give to them our medical certificate before 8th. And we tried to called so many time didn't get anything. We tried to cancel and get the $600 money back. But they took long time and don't give a shit. They asked me my number but never call. We have to called so many company: Airline: jetstar
Travel agency: bravofly
Insurance company: NoProblem
They took us money very easy. When we got reason to asked money back. They got so many excuses. And took forever. If that is companies should deal with attitude. I would say: "I will never buy any ticket from these company". Worse service ever.
