I am a 22 year old female with a 1 year old daughter. I'm just starting in public assistance. I recently moved into NYCHA Albany houses Brooklyn just last week. My daughter developed a cough 3 days ago and I discovered it's because of the cloudy air of cigarette that pierces through the walls all throughout apartment. I submitted a complaint but was not taken seriously. Please enforce the rules. Kids live here too.
