I was in your store located at 2877 Lamar Friday 11/6/2015 between 12:00noon and 1:00pm while waiting in line no cashier was available I waited 15 or more minutes no security was located in front of the store to inform the cashier that she had customers it was myself and 4 others waiting then she appeared (black female) with a cell phone in her hands apparently she was in the back on the cell phone poor employee etiquette knowing customers were in the store then when she came out she states "Oh I didn't know yall were out here" I was thinking are you forreal you working in a grocery store therefore I left my items due to the poor quality of service. Then they wanted to accuse me of stealing cause I wanted my basket again poor quality service. I will continue to shop at the Winchester/Germantown location were the service is better. I shopped at ALDI on 2877 Lamar Ave. The cashier named was Mauricio during that time. He rang up my groceries very quickly. In a spilt second, he pressed the code number in before he scan the last item. I paid for it and went home. Hours later, I checked my receipt. I saw an item that I did not buy. It was Chocolate Cream PB. I never bought it.

I felt that this store has cheated the customers by adding food items on the customers receipt so the employees could steal it from the inventory. I was furious, but I decided to write a complaint. I hope the head corporate will take care it. From this experiences, I will pay attention of the scanner the next time.

I will shop someone else.

I recently purchased a crestwood chicken pie and although ive had them before this one literally had NO CHICHEN WATSOEVER in it it was just a thin white sauce and pastry we couldn't believe it it must have missed the chicken filler bit so im hoping to hear from you asap as I have already sent 1 email but didn't get a reply .the store I bought it from was aldi in Boscombe Bournemouth
