My orders are not showing up

Hey there!

I have ordered 2 products from aliexpress using the mobile app. On my mobile I could check my orders but when I log in to the website on my computer I cannot see any of my orders at all.

Here are two images that I ordered one case for an LG g3 mini for 1.37 pounds and I also ordered a mobile phone for 94 pounds (Look at pictures)

What happened to my order, I have a different phone now as well, and I downloaded the ali express app, logged in and my orders dissapeared! And now I cannot even track my orders, what happened?!
