I have ordered an item from Ali express but after paying the amound i dnt receive any order confirmation.i have contacted many times with customer service but none of them are able to help me , more over i understood that they are trying to cheat by asking me to wait for 2-3 like that i have waited 15 days .they are not taking any steps to refunding as well. Now i understand that its a clear state of cheating.

Please if anyone have the authority to help with
