Refunding tickets

Dear sir
I sent two previous mails about refundind my bookings with reference no 53PN88 and 53WNUJ (Ali Razooki & Israa Al Ayoobi ) inbound and outbound because Fly Dubai has rejected my flight to Macau through Bankook Since E Dreams has no Agreement with Fly Dubai and Fly Macau to work together.I didn't get any feedback till now.The inbound date will be on 27/5/2017 and till now there was no action from your side. I am waiting please!!!
