tape rolls

I bought 3 rolls of alien tape and i really liked the way it worked. Now I started on the second roll and it's only sticky on one side
the same with roll 3. how do I get replacements?

did not receive what I ordered

I ordered Alien Tape and opted for the 2' tape which I paid $5.00 per roll for and was charged for but I only received 3 rolls of the 1" tape. I would like to receive the 2' tape or refund my extra charge
