then they wanted my tel-No, copy of ID-Card...

I bought a chinese phone order 82605483549928. The phone arrived after a month, the touchscreen stopped working after 20 days of usage. Another month passed by before being told to send it back to China. I sent it back, and *immediately* my account got terminated (for avoid to get reviews from me, of course. The phone *surprisingly* never made to the seller, tracking information stops at China. I am going to write bad reviews till they figure out is more convenient to refund me....

I bought many products from aliexpress, most of them, faulty, used, useless, shit quality, partial packing, no warranty, full of mess. its sound cheap but costs more. You don't know how much they lie and aliexpress supports them for commission. Don't buy from them. I will publish the video once it is finalized. Again don't buy from them. They are not cheaper buy definitely cheater.

If you feel like a fight and throw your money out the window then go ahead. They are horrible, I placed and order with this one seller on 1/31/16. I canceled the order on 2/5/16 and on 2/28/16 the seller "rejected" my request and shipped the order. Even though I contacted them several times regarding the order being canceled they just ignored me. They then said "Just accept the delivery and I'll give you 10% off we both win" after fighting back and forth and not being able to contact Aliexpress until 10 days after it shipped I then refused the shipment. The seller asked why I did that and I said once again I canceled the order she proceeded to say just go get it back and I'll give you 50% back. (I have no idea where it is at this point) and because of all of this I don't want it anyways. Well, blah blah, it's 3/16/16 and I have still NOT received my refund. I'm contacting my credit card company and disputing this now but I have never dealt with such horrible people. BY THE WAY the seller is L&Z Sewing if you see them DO NOT BUY from them.

Deleting your aliexpress account will hurt and really bring aliexpress to fall!!!
I ordered from 4 different stores 4 different items - 4 troubles too much – unbelievable!!!

I bought via aliexpress from 4 different stores 4 different items as follows:
1. 25 pcs Led E14 5WATT - I received 25 pcs of 2WATT - wrong wattage.
2. 20 pcs Led G4 5WATT - I received 20 pcs of 1,5WATT - wrong wattage.
3. 2 pcs Led H7 100WATT - I have not received - RI844352949CN wrong track number.
4. 6 pcs LED G9 9WATT – I received 6 pcs of 2WATT - wrong wattage.
My confidence in aliexpress is less than zero, I decided to delete my account, if anyone will do the same we will bring aliexpress to fall!!!

This is an environment for liars and cheats...do not do business with them. They are very bad. He agreed to refund HALF my money and still send the item. He never sent it. This is a way for them to cheat you out of half your money....don't fall for it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From AliExpress Alibabba...they are pieces of shit...lower than dogs...children of dogs.

I bought an item from Aliexpress.. The item I received was a lower model than ordered and advertised... The idiots in Aliexpress Dispute resolution team took suppliers side even when the supplier cheated...

Avoid Aliexpress & their other group companies as these are unethical, fraudulant and you will have no legal recourse as you will be buying from abroad...

I log a complaint with aliExpress and received communication saying we have block this trader for 7 working days but i can see him still online and he replied to me today.

It looks like it is a nexus of chinese companies and Alibaba.com

Aliexpress is there head.

I am really disappointed and unsatisfied with the action taken by alibaba.

2 months ago I ordered a DVR at Aliexpress and received the cheapest plastic card holder $0.50 worth. Then I paid $90 to order more expensive DVR from another Aliexpress seller but received a fake cheap DVR without required features and with a counterfeit SanDisk TF card (real size 8Gb although marked as 32Gb), Opened a dispute but the seller still continues to sell this fake product and cheat other people. Customers are not protected from swindlers. Before this, I ordered about 10 things there, most of them are of low quality and don't work for more than a month. A few of them were received already broken or with defects. Although there are good products there, but it's a lottery with very little chances to win. Better chances to buy a good thing if you buy from the respected manufacturer but not from reseller. Even 5-star rating doesn't mean anything because unfair sellers often offer a little refund or discount for next purchase fn customers rate 5-star, so there are many cases when a bad product or seller is rated 5-star. I really don't recommend to buy on Aliexpress anything more expensive than $5-10 which is not to big money to loose if anything goes wrong. I will certainly not recommend anyone to buy anything $100-worth there because most likely you will not receive what you need and will not be able to return money back.
