Cheated me

My order ID on AliExpress is 93515018418357 which is from the seller - Ausbest Fitness Store. I had paid for my order and even after 2 months, I still did not receive my order. The seller was not replying to my messages and so I raised a complaint to the AliExpress team. But there was no response. The refund is still not given to me and neither have I received my order. Can you please help me out? I don’t know what to do.
