Please if you could help be in the below issue with Alitalia i request cancellation one month before the flight day and they refuse to refund.


The ticket has been booked through the company's website and was included in the booking conditions. Upon cancellation of the ticket, an amount of EUR 20 will be charged and if the visa is not obtained, you apply for the cancellation of the ticket and refund of the ticket after deducting the agreed fees while booking the ticket but for contacting the customer service on Me landline number 090071111 The ticket has been cancelled but the ticket refund has been denied and this is completely contrary to the booking terms on the company's official website as shown in the attached photograph.

Booking conditions from which it was clear the value fee that will be deducted and is 20 euros and did not specify that there is a change in the rules conditions during booking from other countries like Egypt it supposed to arrest of the company's official website, so all the conditions must apply to all bookings and cancellations.

Please take the necessary action to refund the full ticket after deducting the fee (EUR 20) according to the booking terms.
