I purchased a filters from ALLFILERS.com on a Monday and was told I would have it on Thursday I got the filters on Saturday and it was the wrong item. I clued them 4 times and they never returned my call. Had to dispute it with bank and BBB

I ordered a HVAC filter on A monday and was told I would have it on Thursday, it did not arrive until Saturday. Upon arrival I found that it was the wrong filter. I called the company which has a recording on phone most of the time. The recording stated it you leave a message during business hours they would return the call in 60 min. in most cases. I left four messages over a four day period and have not received a return call regarding getting a return authorization to send order back. Oder was sent back without a return authorization which cost me to send item back.
This company does not respond to customers who have problems with orders, they do not answer the phone and forget about a return call VERY VERY POOR customer service. Save you money DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I found my new filter at
http://www.supplyhouse.com/Honeywell-FC40R1060-16-x-25-Return-Grill-Media-Air-Filter which was $7.04 cheaper. found 2 pack on Amazon for $63.98 still cheaper and shipped next day!

AllFilters.com is a ripp off, terrible customer service and you get the wrong item. make matters worse they won't even call you back as if your time is not valuable. save you money and go to one of the other sites. PS if you are looking for 5 inch deep filters with 1 inch lip they are called rerun grill filters.
