I purchased a filter and was sent the wrong product upon calling numerous times they never returned my call, I had to dispute with BBB and my Bank in order to get a refund. Also had to pay return shipping which they refused to refund. Terrible place to due business with upon looking at reviews I'm not they only person who has had this type of problem with them.
