They use a fraudulent E-Mail regarding an existing order to lure customers into their sales department. They SPAM assorted E-Mail lists referencing a pending order. This E-Mail is meant to instill fear of fraud, driving the reader to check into the pending order. After calling allconnect, the douchebag on the line said that they weren't committing fraud, only using "loose interpretations" of the words "Pending" and "Order."
