I needed a translation for 4 documents from a foreign language to English and I requested a quote to Alliance Business Solutions LLC. They asked me to send the documents for a quote, so I did. I received an estimate for a total of $ 272.00. I accepted the quote and paid in full. After payment , I received an email in which I was asked to pay extra $ 140.00 because they realized that there were
more than 250 words per document. Actually, nobody ever mentioned such limit to me before and I was really bothered by such a request. I Send immediately a claim and a purchase cancellation request for such an unlawful and illegal behavior.
I hope to recover soon my money or else I will take a legal action against these individuals.
