Dear Human Resources:
I have been employee by Allied Barton Universal to work at Comcast Call Center since June. I’ve been discriminated against on daily basis by Jeremy VanderLaan. I never been train to do my duties on everything there was to know about the site.
Everybody who work on this site started with their badge except me, it took me 6 and half weeks to get my badge. Many times, Jeremy make an appointment with me for training he never showed up. I have been harassing by Amy Johnson, Andrea Begay, Tammy Tsosie and when I want to talk to Jeremy about the problems that endure still he never do anything about. Andrea Begay was doing something illegal in the computer I told this wrong she cannot go on people file change anything, she got mad, she told me to go back to F… country. When I reported it I never get any response back from Allied Barton about it.
Comcast bring a golf cart on site Jeremy has been trained everyone except me, when I asked him why he did not train me on the golf cart he told me to asked Nelson to trained me. From June 20th, I started working for Allied Barton I’ve using somebody else logging account. When I asked him how come everybody have an account to logging I don’t have an account, he told me Comcast should gave him permission to do so. But all the other stuff has an account to logging.
On Wednesday 16, 2016, I want to work Jeremy left the site around 1500 and I asked Ms. Gyorgy where is Jeremy she told me that he left so he can come back to train her on how to do badge. He came around 1900 and spend almost three hours training her on how to make badge. On Thursday I asked him how come you spend almost three hours training Ms. Gyorgy not me. He told that I am not qualified to train on how to make badge and I told him all the stuff working for ABU are here to do the same thing security how come I never been qualified to train on anything, He said to me this not up to him it’s what he’s been told to do, so if I have anything to said about that I needed to speak with Francis or Paul about it. I know there was a lie because Jeremy is a pathological liar, everything come out of his mouth was a lied.
Jeremy knows that I am in school, I asked him if it is okay to watched or do research in the computer to do my homework he said sure go right ahead. But, without any warning, today I was fire for using the computer to do my homework which I’ve doing many times.
When I joined this company, I was assured of equal opportunity, but so far, this assurance has not been fulfilled. I am always on time, never call off, never been late, and fulfilled my duties but this discrimination has left a bad taste in my mouth. It is really frustrated when you are not appreciated by the company for whom you have worked for. I know that Jeremy VanderLaan is racist and prejudice because I stand up against all the discrimination, bullies I had been endure because I stand up against it now I am fire because of that.

They don't care about ya safety
I will never no matter what happens to me on my site complain to my supervisors again. I am constantly being harassed at my job by co-workers. Oh yes you can be harassed for knowing your job and being on top. It is definitely a sad story but true. I have been making complaints about the same employee for the past three months and still nothing has been done. he calls my post and transfers me to others, he drives from his site to see what is going on at others when he is not suppose to leave the site he is assigned to and he complains to the supervisors about how he can not work with me. What is the complaint? only God knows because i even asked him myself and he said nothing he was just tired. I was trying to move up in the company and if someone is constantly complaining about me (doing nothing to them) then how do you suppose i move up????? He now has a friend here who does the same exact thing. I call him to dispatch his rover to do an unlock and all 4 times i called he diregarded the call. It was rude and very unprofessional and he received no write up but ooooh let you call out because you are dying you will be written up. This is how Allied loses really good officers and they simply do not care as long as what they need to do is done or what they need to do that has not been done goes unnoticed they are good. They dont care if you lose your job, they do not care if you are uncomfortable and they do not care about you wanting to grow with the company. When i started i let them know the reason i left my other job was simply because there was no room or opportunity to grow. They let me know this was the perfect company for me. I beg to differ and i am disturbed and i am very upset that they gave me false information. I no longer have the passion i had and i no longer feel the need to go above and beyond nor practice white glove service. After tonight i take off the white gloves and whatever happens from this point on happens. Know that i did everything i could to inform everyone and they did not listen now i have to take things into my own hands. Thank you but no thank you allied barton.

False Policy
I need to know if anyone has heard of any far fetched Policy Allued Barton claims they have about leaving allied Barton to work for the company you did security for. I am being told that I will have to be unemployed from Allied Barton for 1 year before I can work for UPS which is complete crap considering the fact that Allied Barton doesn't get to tell me where I will work after I quit working for them. Please advise if anyone has ever heard of this.

supervisor taking work personal
I need to know where to take this issue further or i will be tempted to go to the media,,
My husband called out sick for for 2 days on the second day they claimed to want a doctors note ( by law it 3 days or more)
so he took my husband off the schedule for 3 weeks now and the fourth wk he told him come in and speak to him in person with a doctors note. I believe there should be or is a law or something on the supervisor taking it personal or taking food out a childrens mouth because they feel a certain way, an employee got sick.. there is a reason why we have now paid sick time on companies that did not offer it prior!!! who can I call bout this matter,, or shoudl i take it straight to the media with everyone elese complaints?

Pay and everything else
I have had little pay issues. I have been shorted on my pay. Worked 60 or so hours one week, and 32 the next week. Well on the week I worked 60 (or so), I only got paid for 46. I brought it up to the site sup. The 1st shift sup said it was correct, that it was 6 hrs o/t. Npw I am on 3rd shift, so 1-none of his business, 2-last time I checked 40+6=46, not 60 (or so), 3-none of his business. I did get that money. Next I was short on 6 hrs (again). told the site sup. He told me he would fix it, but I wouldnt get it until the following payday. Now why is it that when management makes a mistake, the ones who get short changed has to wait even longer to get what is their's. If he (or one of his chosen) gets shorted, hoops are gone through to get it corrected FAST.
