Releasing lien on title

Have been trying to get my title loan released since Monday June 25 today is Friday 29 the car was paid off ‘January 21 2014 they have been faxing it since Monday but haven’t gotten it yet the title office asked them to e-mail but they cannot do that it has been released but i need proof my e-mail is della [email protected] it would be much appreciated if someone would take care of this matter
