I paid my car payment to Ally Car loan on February 23, 2017 and to pay it you got to go through Western Union. I did that on February 23, 2017. On march 3, 2017 got a phone call asking where my money was and that they never received my payment. I gave them the account verification number you get from Western Union. They said that they tried pulling the money and charged me $100.00 for four charges and 300.00 for late payment interests. I talked to Dedra supervisor on march 6, th regarding my account. She called me on March 8 to confirm Western Union never gave them the money and that if I did not come up with the 900.00 by the 17 of March my car will reposed. I am mocking my head to contact the bank and western union, Know one calls me back. What do I do?
